UNIFIED SCRATCHING HEAD FOR MODELS 316 AND 380
A backup and rework system is incorporated into the facility itself, allowing the engraving of vehicles both on the production line and off it.

FRAME SCORING ENGRAVING UNIT
- Recorded control software.
- Special system of fixing flange and engraved support.
- Pneumatically retractable centering system allowing the two vehicle models to coexist.

WEIGHTLESS MANIPULATOR WITH PNEUMATIC LOCK ROTATION SYSTEM
The weightless manipulator is coupled to an XY Cartesian, which, together with the rotation system integrated into the manipulator itself, allows the operator to move and rotate the entire head, making it possible to record vehicles that are on or off the production line.

Improvement in ergonomics, thanks to the weightless system integrated into the manipulator and the use of ergonomic handles, avoiding incorrect postures for the operators.

Reduction of non-conformities, thanks to the new head design that allows precise centering on the vehicle, always exactly repeating the engraving position.

Productivity improvement, since the entire process is carried out in the same station, avoiding head changes depending on the vehicle model.
