Resistance and MAG welding

Gurpea's experience in resistance and MAG welding spans more than 20 years, in which large-scale projects have been carried out for clients such as Volkswagen Consortium, Unicarriers, Benteler and KWD Automotive - Schnellecke.

• Stokpunkte welding cell for gate.
• WRC welding cell both with resistance points and with MIG/MAG.
• Cell laser welding roof and sanding.
• Welding recovery posts, bodies and mobile parts, linked to the production line. Up to 8 complete stations.
• Robotic mask welding.
• Welding of forklift masts.
• Beam welding.
• Welding of mobile elements: doors, hood and tailgate.
• Frame self-completion welding.
• Quertraeguer welding lines: seat chassis, wheel wells and cockpit frame.
