Solución

Double-acting system

The double die-cutting and welding system allows to shorten the machine cycle time, assembling sensors and logo at the same time, without losing the precision and the correct centering of the elements.

CRADEL (100% detection)

The cradle guarantees the correct positioning of the different parts of the product and reads the reference of the bumper inserted by means of a DM reader, ensuring repeatability in the process.

DRILLING

The installation has a first position where the bumper is heated and the ultrasonic die-cutting of the sensors and the mechanical die-cutting of the logo are carried out.

WELDING

The installation has a second position where the sensors are soldered by means of sonotrodes and the logo is soldered by means of 12 hot tips (HTE).
